Our Story

Delmar and Natasha met the summer of 2014 shortly after high school graduation. Delmar was preparing to enter the DC Fire Academy where he graduated and became a DC Firefighter. Natasha attended Bowie State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Although the pair took different paths professionally, they were both certain they wanted to become entrepreneurs. Prior to establishing DT Real Estate Solutions, LLC Delmar and Natasha collaborated on multiple projects. Their ability to work well together and accomplish goals was confirmation that they would make a great team. Delmar and Natasha decided to take their partnership to the next level and got married in April of 2012. The newly weds first ventured into real estate in July of 2012 when they acquired their first rental property. From there a flame was ignited the couple decided to combine their passion for business and real estate. Over the years Delmar and Natasha have continued to grow their real estate business and have expanded their services to include rehabbing commercial and residential properties and property management.
